  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.

What my clients are saying

Bailey helped us to not only sell our home in under a month, but to buy our dream home! After trying to buy with another realtor that was slow paced and dropped the ball on two house offers, we knew Bailey would get the job done efficiently! Couldn’t be happier with the process and her attention to detail even after the sale was finished

~ Taunya Hatcher

Bailey was phenomenal during my home buying process. Being a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Bailey was patient with my questions, provided a great level of detail of what to expect and always responded in a timely manner to alleviate any anxiety I had. I was working to decide between two great homes, and she helped lead me through pros and cons of both homes so that I reached the decision on which house to purchase. Additionally, not being from the Butler area, she had expert level knowledge of the neighborhoods in Butler and what was fair pricing for the houses we looked at.

~ David Dollins

I had a great experience with Bailey. She met me on a weekend with little notice. She was very helpful and assisted with meeting my needs. I am very happy with my purchase and her professionalism.

We moved here from AL. My husband met Bailey at an open house. He was impressed with her knowledge of the area. After selling our home in AL we had less than 30 days to find a home and close on it. Bailey was absolutely terrific! She showed us all the homes I had picked out and gave us advice on the area... Shops, schools, groceries etc. She guided us through the process for PA home buying. Most important she got us a great mortgage lender and we closed on the house we chose in the time frame that allowed us to move from one home right into the PA home. Great Agent!! She really cares about her clients! Answered all questions and returned all phone calls, text messages and e-mails. Highly, Highly recommend Bailey as your agent!

Bailey made both the selling and buying process as streamline as possible. There was time during the process that became extremely stressful for me but she was able to help reduce the stress level and keep me looking at the positive during the entire process. Bailey is one of the most dedicated and professional realtors that I’ve ever dealt with by answering late night e-mails and meeting at the office at 10pm to review a buyers contract. I highly recommend using Bailey for all of your buying and selling needs!

~ Chris Patterson

Bailey worked with us both in selling our home and purchasing our new house. Because our first house sold so quickly (it sold in 9 days), we had to find a new home fast. Bailey worked with us day and night to find us a new home. She worked around both mine and my wife's schedule and was very accommodating. When things went sideways during an offer that we made with a less reputable realtor (Cara Deemer), Bailey just picked up the ball and ran with it find us the house that was meant to be ours. Her and her team at Homesync were able to push all of our mortgage paperwork thru at a record pace and we never had to make two mortgage payments in the same month.

~ Chris Burgess

Bailey did a great job selling our home. She was very good at pricing the house, very very responsive and quick to show it. She was very good at negotiating and she got us the best price possible.

~ Ashley Rockwell

Our experience with Bailey as our realtor was phenomenal! She was EXTREMELY supported, patient, and understood our needs for a house with our growing family! She took her time at the houses we looked at and answered numerous questions to satisfy our concerns and doubts about the living area! Bailey, not only went out of her way to make sure we understood the whole process, but met us and physically went over the paperwork and didn't just have us sign anything over the internet like I've heard alot of realtors do nowadays! The process was so new and pretty much confusing as we were looking into homes in the USDA accepted areas! But we finally found it! Our first home to bring our children into this world! The perfect first home to share so many memories! I would recommend her 10 times over! She is a great friend now and not just our realtor!!! If you need a house, or to sell your house, Bailey is the right person for the task to get it bought or sold efficiently and in a timely manner!!
