Bailey was patient with my questions, provided a great level of detail of what to expect and always responded in a timely manner to alleviate any anxiety I had. I was working to decide between two great homes, and she helped lead me through pros and cons of both homes so that I reached the decision on which house to purchase. Additionally, not being from the Butler area, she had expert level knowledge of the neighborhoods in Butler and what was fair pricing for the houses we looked at.

Bailey worked with us both in selling our home and purchasing our new house. Because our first house sold so quickly (it sold in 9 days), we had to find a new home fast. Bailey worked with us day and night to find us a new home. She worked around both mine and my wife's schedule and was very accommodating. When things went sideways during an offer that we made with a less reputable realtor (Cara Deemer), Bailey just picked up the ball and ran with it find us the house that was meant to be ours. Her and her team at Homesync were able to push all of our mortgage paperwork thru at a record pace and we never had to make two mortgage payments in the same month.
